I recently visited Glamour cosmetics clinic for laser hair removal and botox injection. I had an outstanding experience. The clinic was immaculate and well-organized. I was promptly attended to at my appointment time, which I really appreciated. The laser hair removal were amazing too! Susan jan, who performed the procedure, was highly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Additionally, I'd like to extend a special thank you to Niloufar jan for her excellent consultation and guidance. Congratulated them on the opening of their new location in downtown Markham. When I inquired about the services, I was basically ignored and was told that her boss will call me and speak to me. Maybe they cater only to Chinese people as she was happy to speak with them.
I drove half an hour on Saturday morning to clinic. There was no clear clinic sign and got confused. Called the reception to find out and because I came late she did not let me in and canceled the appointment.
