I accidentally started a membership with Shapermint… I should’ve been more attentive when I place a bra order but ended up on what seemed an endless battle to cancel!!! When I received my first box ($54) I cancelled immediately… I paid the $54 and kept the products. I was assured and it was confirmed my cancellation went through… until I received another box ($54). I was LIVID… I hate this nonsense… the assumption is you‘ll be inclined to keep the product and pay the fee… I corresponded multiple times to cancel… I received confirmation again… I have a large folder dedicated to the shitty customer service so if it happens again I have documentation! Such a struggle and hassle!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHAPERMINT!!!!
I came into the store for the first time and was looking for shape wear for my daughter’s wedding and was approached by Jennifer. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I walked into this lingerie boutique looking for a bra. I was welcomed by a woman named Violet. She was very helpful and knowledgeable! I told her I didn’t have a clue what my size was because I had gained weight. She measured me for a bra fitting and suggested some bras. I ended up buying 5 bras!! I left the store feeling very happy about my purchase! I am definitely returning when I need shape wear.
AMAZING service by Jennifer herself. We connected right off the bat. I was coming in to find shape wear for a wedding the next day. She knew exactly which ones to help me try on. She gave me options and honest opinions about each one. She was exceptionally helpful in checking in, making sure I was comfortable. Very clean, warm and lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to visit again. I took a chance because I always saw the store, I’m so thankful it exists!
