I have seen the old lady at the counter yelling at an employee.I did ask the little girl if everything is ok? Although she said she is ok, I can see her watery eyes and could understand the situation. Management- please educate this old lady on how to treat the employees !!!! No matter what ,employee happiness is important than anything.
Portions are small for the price you pay but we enjoy the quality of the food. Sometimes they dont have everything available that they advertise on the menu but I use my favourite dishes which Ill keep going back for. Service is always fast. Food is given to you within 10-15 minutes of ordering most of the time.
Very, very friendly staff at this location! The food, as always, meets Nando's level of quality and I continue to appreciate the fact that they let you have the sauce bottles at your table to drench your chicken in. Split a whole chicken with a buddy and they even took the stress of cutting it in pieces for us! Another thing I really liked was the hummus with pita which came with this small bottle of concentrated hot sauce. It tasted amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a kick of heat in their food.
I always go to this place since the food taste great although some times I have noticed they mix old meet from previous day with fresh meet. Not so friendly environment specially the owner. Always seems grumpy. I am giving four because of the yummy food compare to other Nando's location I have tried.
Staff is very rude. Brought in coupon that I got via email, it said applicable in all nandos in Canada. Gave me such a hard time with the coupon. Not friendly at all. I wouldnt recommend this nandos to anyone. Food is fine but owners dont make it a good experience.
