I was looking for a reliable shop to check out my vehicle that was making loud road noise. Wasn't happy with dealership so I asked my family and they recommended Howard's shop. After checking, it was found the problem is the AWD rear differential. Howard was able to provide multiple options and explain the pros and cons of each option but never pressured me to get it fixed "now" like dealership. His tech Eric was very nice too.
