I would like to thank and appreciate the level of professionalism and top level care to all the staff in "Pars Medical Clinic". I feel being so lucky to have Dr. Jalal Baghaee as my family physician .He is the best I could even imagine. The receptionist lady also ( I assume her name is Saloomeh) is always nice , caring and helping with so much patience . I do recommend "Pars Medical Clinic" to whoever needs the top of the line service from a medical clinic. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. My husband urgently needed a medication refill that his doctor forgot to provide, even though he clearly mentioned during the appointment that he has been taking this medication long-term and needed refills. He has now been without his medication for days and is not feeling well. I called the clinic to resolve this and the receptionist was completely unprofessional and dismissive. First she told me he needed a phone appointment, then she said he already had refills, so I asked her to please send it to our pharmacy. Instead of doing her job, she demanded I find the pharmacy’s fax number and call her back. I work in the same field, and when something is urgent, I look up the pharmacy myself and fax it immediately. That is basic patient care. When I politely insisted that she could easily look up the pharmacy — she is literally sitting in front of a computer — she became rude, said she was “busy,” and then hung up on me. I have lived in Canada for 22 years and I have never experienced anything like this in a medical setting. Dr. Ravani may be a good doctor, but the receptionist is unacceptable. After this experience, my husband will never return to this clinic. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Ravani as my family doctor. She is incredibly patient, caring, and always takes the time to truly listen and help. Unlike many doctors who rush appointments, she dedicates as much time as needed to address every concern, which makes a huge difference. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get an appointment, but that’s only because she spends quality time with each patient and it’s absolutely worth it.
