Gina is amazing! After so many blood tests, she’s the only one who made it completely painless — she truly has her own secret technique! On top of that, she’s super funny and friendly. This is by far the best blood draw experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
The staff who attended me this morning was kind and accommodating. However, the other staff who receives the records at the front desk seemed to be in a bad mood and unfriendly. Witnessed how she yelled at the old man who has difficulty hearing her and even uttered whether the man understands english. The old man sat beside us and was really feeling bad and insulted. Hope they’d pay attention to be more sensitive to their clients especially the old ones who need more care and understanding.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time visiting Dynacare and I had a great experience. I went in for fasting blood work and several tests that my doctor requested. I checked online beforehand to see the wait time and when I arrived I only waited about 8 to 10 minutes. The process was very quick and efficient. The facility was clean and everything felt well organized. Overall I am really happy with the service. I would definitely recommend Dynacare to anyone. You will love your experience.❤️?
I had a blood test done at the end of June, but apparently, my name was entered incorrectly. Because of this, I haven’t been able to access my results by dynacare plus app. Staff on-site refuse to print them and just tell me to call Dynacare Plus — which is useless. I paid for a membership that doesn’t work since the results aren’t even there. I’ve been calling for weeks and no one ever answers. The contact form and email on the website don’t work either. If you can, go somewhere else.
Have been to this clinic when it was on the 2nd floor, and never had any issues, it was always busy, but staff was amazing! We have moved since then, was looking for their number and came across the website and recent reviews...its horrible! Never seen ppl posting so many pics of their bruises on any other lab reviews! The management needs to look into this seriously!! Im definitely not going back there!
staff can be a little bit rushed, and therefore appear rude. no complaints otherwise, did my blood test 20 minutes earlier then the time on the screen.
I am someone who is very anxious in medical spaces and I had a very positive experience getting my blood work at this location. I told the staff that I was anxious and that I have a history of fainting when getting my blood drawn and they were exceptionally kind and patient with me. They brought me to a closed room where I could lie down. The woman who drew my blood was called Regina, she talked me through everything, was so kind and funny, and the process was fast and easy. I went as a walk in and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Thanks!
