Disappointing shopping experience. After noticing price changes, excuses were made and on-the-spot discounts were used to push a purchase, showing a lack of integrity. I later bought suitable shirts and pants at another store in the same mall for a much lower price.
My experience with Sayed was disappointing. He seemed rushed throughout the appointment and came across as very biased, insisting he knew best rather than listening to what we actually wanted. We weren’t given the freedom to choose the suit we preferred, which made the process frustrating. Additionally, he attempted to charge an extra fee for fitting, even though he had previously stated that it was included once the suit was purchased. Overall, the service felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this experience.

Had an amazing experience at Stars Men’s Shop! Raj went above and beyond helping my father find the perfect suit. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and made sure every detail was just right. You can really tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend asking for Raj — his service and professionalism are top-notch!
If you want a suit don’t ever come to this location. I ordered a suit first thing the person gives me is a used discounted tie, when they called me to pick up the suit the person the the phone gave me some much attitude, when I went to pick up the the quality of the suit was so bad the whole left side was not even stitch straight, the pockets on the suit was miss aligned.
Do not go here! High pressure sales tactics... They initially claimed they did not have my size in the color I wanted. Then they said it was on the mannequin and that they would only take it off and let me try it IF I PROMISE TO BUY IT. What the heck? How can I promise to buy, and how can you ever ask a customer something like that. Terrible!
