Wanted to give 0 stars, but that isn’t an option. Do not go to Mini Markham for anything. Their customer service is the worst among all Mini dealerships in town. They make customers feel completely unwelcome, both when visiting the store/service center and even during phone calls. 100% not recommended.
Lily took the time to explain the different terms so I can understand what I am choosing. Gave me suggestions that would benefit me the most. I lived far from Markham and she delivered the car to my home. Great customer service!!
The woman at the service appointment booking has awful customer service skills. She gives so much attitude. Even though we were on a phone call she was rasing her voice even though I was calmly trying to get information to get a good experience when putting my car for a service. I feel very disappointed with this experience
When I ordered my car in October 2021, they gave me 1% discount on the list price. But at the day I sign up the lease and pick up my car, they reduced 1% of the residual value. I questioned to the salesperson Lili, delivery manager Simon, BMW sales manager, Mini Sales manager Brian. They said the same lie. It is not their fault and told me Mini Canada reduces the residual value 1% for every 2months.
I had a flat tire and needed to change it asap. I could still drive the vehicle as the tires were run-flat tires. Since I live near Mini Markham I thought it made more sense to contact them for the service, so I entered a service request online. They did not even get back to me. No phone call, no email, nothing. I tried with Mini Toronto afterwards and they called me right away. Although it was riskier driving 16 km on a flat tire, compared to 6 km, I will never choose Mini Markham, as apparently they don’t bother to care about their customers. I recommend Mini Toronto as it is SO MUCH better!
No one greets or cares about you. You need to stop the sales advisors walking-by to get some help. I understand that there are not many cars in the lot due to the chip shortage, but they weren’t willing to show me any of the cars. Moreover, they discouraged test driving “since there are no 2022 models in stock” even though I know, for a fact, that it is almost identical mechanically to the previous models, which were in stock. One hour later, I drove to Mini Downtown and signed the papers.
I recently purchased my new car with Dealer Lili in the Markham Mini cooper dealer shop. If you are looking for a patient dealer who can get you an ideal price for your new car, Lili is the one! I have been visited other dealer shops as well, then decided to get a new car here. The price is reasonable here, and I really enjoyed their services.
