The attention to detail, and amazing customer service here is excellent. The salon is very clean and well cared for which is very important to me! The staff are helpful, friendly and provide a huge variety of nail experiences from the most simple little mani/pedi to custom nails. Congratulations on your 10 year anniversary!
Would not recommend them - my nails are worse after a manicure than when I walked in. Waiting for my nails to fully grow beyond the point they had them done: full of scratches and cracks..
This place is so clean and welcoming. They offer head spa now! It’s super relaxing and therapeutic! Highly recommends if you want to nice spa day! I love my pedi too ☺️
Got my nails done here this week, the staff seemed nice but the work wasn’t up to par. My pedicure looked great and neat, but my nails weren’t neat and the French manicure design wasn’t even. I left feeling overcharged and disappointed. Probably won’t be coming back here unless it’s for a pedicure.
Second time here, introduced to this place by a friend. First time was great, both for biogel manicure and pedicure. Second time, it seemed very busy and the pedicure felt rushed, didn't go through the same processes as previous time. Biogel refill was ok, however to my surprise about a week later the polish seems to be coming off. Did not experience any chipping or peeling the first time.
Been coming here now for about a year and I'm noticing that the amount of care to my feet is starting to decrease... They used to spend more time with foot scrub, the massage with lotion. Now, they just quickly go thru the motions. They are still friendly but I think it may be time to look around again
