Maybe bad timing but lack of sizes for kids, nothing in 7/8 or medium, one very small bin for babies. Ladies is mostly summer and not that nice. Poor quality. Good for ladies leggings and sports bras.
The prices and quality are good! The major downside to this massive warehouse is there is no public washroom, hence the rating. Staff directed myself and others to use Staples or Marshall washroom. Considering these the closest, could walk to Staples(next door) but need to drive to Marshall. I'm not sure how legal it is to not have a public washroom for such a massive outlet. Ethically, for all the $$$ they're making, it'd be thoughtful to consider your customers time spent there and comfort. One would spend at least 2hrs at this place, its huge. Therefore a washroom should be considered, period!!
Rating simply the section for kids and toddlers, and in that regard, this is a great place to shop. There are quite a lot of options at affordable prices. The only reason I am docking a star is because the collection had much more options for girls than boys. Did not find anything in Men's section... So, nothing for me. Irrespective, will be going again for the clothes for toddlers and kids!
I love the fact how well kept the store is despite how busy it is every day. Prices are just amazing. I would rather shop here rather than buy it from the actual retail stores.
Major concerns are 1. Outside door has one half locked and inaccessible. What if there is an emergency? 2. Only saw 1 fire extinguisher which was on the floor by a pillar and should be mounted on the pillar 3. Said fire extinguisher has not been checked since August 2024 according to the label. Should be monthly by the store Imagine if the place sets on fire Clothes wisest was meh. Good place if you have kids though.
We bought some front openings shirts for nursing and bought baby clothes for 5 dollar and 3 dollar each respectively. Qualities were genuine and high. Good choices for my mostly home wear use. Baby’s clothes was 3-6 months, all 100% cotton. Will shop here again.
I wanted to share my latest experience at the Joe Fresh Mega Warehouse. We arrived at the store close to closing and everyone was preparing to close up. I expected the staff to be rushing us out and be short tempered with us. I was pleasantly surprised by our cashier Anjie. Anjie, was smiling and so pleasant. She added comments on my purchases which made me feel like my purchase were great value. Customer service.is key to any retail business. Hats off to Anjie for her wonderful smile and helpful service.
