When I contacted the owner, I was calm and tried to explain the issue. She repeatedly interrupted me, dismissed my concerns by saying “if you go anywhere in the world, it’s the same,” and kept asking “do you understand what I’m saying?” in a condescending way as if I didn’t understand English. That alone was incredibly disrespectful. She insisted this was just my “expectation,” even though I regularly purchase helium balloons and have never experienced them failing within a few hours. Spending $140 on balloons reasonably means they should last at least 10–12 hours, not collapse the same night. apologized to de-escalate and calmly asked what options were available. I was told there was nothing she could do
We paid $140 for 25 helium balloons and one “21” helium balloon nothing else. The balloons started falling within 4–5 hours and were completely down by 3 AM on my birthday night. This was never clearly explained beforehand, and I even took photos showing this. When I contacted the owner, the situation became worse. She was rude, constantly interrupted me, , and blamed me instead, saying something must be wrong with my house. On my birthday, instead of help or understanding, I was met with attitude and denial. No refund, no replacement, no accountability. Extremely disappointing experience. I do not recommend this business.
Amazing service! I always order everything I need for my events from Supply Depot, and they never disappoint. I’m especially impressed with their balloons — they’re supposed to last around three days, but mine stay perfect for five, six, even a whole week. Incredible quality. The service is excellent: communication is fast, easy, and clear. No delays, no problems — everything is always precise and seamless. I absolutely love this place!
had such an amazing experience at the store! I went in looking for decorations for my 30th birthday party, and the owner, Shima, completely exceeded my expectations. Her service is truly exceptional. She is warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. What stood out the most was Shima’s delicate attention to detail. She took the time to understand the theme I wanted, helped me choose the perfect decorations, and adjusted with my colour palette. She even suggested small touches that made everything look so much more elegant and put-together. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants every event to look its best. The quality of the items was great, the store was beautifully organized, and the entire experience felt personal and effortless. Def my go to for all my future events
Saw on their website that they had packages of balloons in stock. Went in to try and buy them only to be told they don't sell them, and their only alternative was three times more expensive
