The clothes were fine, but I wasn't wearing a shirt. As an excuse to charge more money, they helped me computer-synthesize a shirt style. The price was exorbitant. I had no experience and thought the embassy needed photos, so I paid extra for photos. However, they didn't synthesize a shirt. But the result was that the embassy said photos without a shirt could also be used, and asked me which photo I needed. Since photos without a shirt could also be used, why did they charge me twice? What's even funnier is that inside the embassy, I saw a self-service photo machine that only charged 10，衣服没问题，只是没穿衬衫，为了多收点钱借口帮忙电脑合成一个衬衫样式，价格昂贵，没有经验以为大使馆还需要照片，加钱要了照片，结果没有合成衬衫，但是结果是大使馆说没有衬衫的照片也可以用，问我需要哪张照片，既然不用衬衫的照片也能用，为何多收我两次钱？？更搞笑的是在大使馆里面我看到了照相的自助机器价格只要10加币。

The photos were very pricy and the lady at the front desk was very impatient and rude to my mother. She asked my mother to leave when we were searching for photo requirements. But the sir who took photos for us was nice. Quality did not pass and we had to find another photographer.
The negative reviews are absolutely true. In addition to being super expensive ($30 for visa photos instead of the usual rate at $15), the owner doesn't care about your experience and will not take any responsibility when the photo doesn't meet the requirement. I recently took a photo for one of my applications and the photo turns out to not fit the requirement. When I asked for the original photo to edit myself the owner refused, citing that she deleted the photo and told me that I would have to pay another $30 to get the photo I want. Look for somewhere else if you don't wish to waste your money.
The PR renew photo that was taken for my child the size was not acceptable by IRCC. I have received the letter from IRCC and kindly asked to retake politely which we are willing to pay. She yelled at me and was angry by saying it was my fault, she refused to retake despite we have said to repay for taking the photo. Such a rude attitude, awful customer service.
The cashier’s or perhaps the owner’s bad attitude turned me away. Price is such a rip off. Highly recommend to go first Markham place or woodside square.
Doesn't provide a back side of the digit photo and only provides the front side, which is useless for an online PR application. The front side costs $20.
