I bring my dog to Chi Chi’s Pet Resort a few times a week for daycare, and they are absolutely exceptional! Tony and the team are fantastic, they truly care about the dogs and always go above and beyond. My pup loves coming here and always leaves happy and tired. Highly recommend Chi Chi’s to any pet parent looking for a safe, fun, and caring environment!
We have been bringing our dog here for daycare once a week since she was a puppy and we could not be happier with the care they provide. We love that we can see photos & videos of her playing during the day. We have complete trust in the team to take care of her and we know she’s having a great time as she always runs to the staff in the morning and is so happy to see them. She is still young so we know she can be a handful, but we appreciate how much love everyone here shows her. Highly recommend ChiChi’s!
I’m so happy that we chose Chichi for our dog’s month-long stay while we were on vacation! I loved that they have cameras, so I could check in on my furry baby anytime, which gave me such peace of mind. When we picked him up, he didn’t even want to leave Chichi! That alone shows how much he enjoyed his stay. I would definitely recommend Chichi to anyone looking for a trustworthy daycare or boarding place for their furry babies!
You found the right place, if you are a first time dog owner that loves your dog so much and hesitant to leave her anywhere and have tons of "what ifs" in mind... my 3 yrs old bichon had the best care here for 2 weeks while I went away oversea in Novemeber 2024. Tony and the team here always made sure the room is clean, water is filled and my dog was always let out to have fun with others under supervision. To me, the peace of mind came from the around-the-clock camera access and the constant and prompt communication with Tony. I don't need to search anywhere for as long as Chichi's around! Thank you team! ?
I'm truly impressed with this pet resort. I only have positive things to say about ChiChi's. My dog loves it there and he's always excited to go back! Their facility is top-notch! I wouldn't mind staying there myself given the level of care and dedication they put in. It definitely makes a difference because you know your pet is in good hands. it's not just a business to the owner and staff but a passion for dogs. My doggo’s home away from home! So glad to have found chichi’s pet resort after an extensive search for a doggy boarding that would fit all my needs. From the initial tour you can tell tony and team are passionate about what they do and truly loves and cares for all the doggies as if it’s their own. We left our pup in their care for our wedding and subsequent vacation and when we dropped our pup back at Chichi’s he ran to tony to greet and into playgrounds so fast that he didn’t even look back at us to say bye LOL. All the other caretakers we met were all so positive and friendly as well. As first time pawrents it’s easy to be anxious about everything but we felt very comfortable leaving our dog there. The facility is big, clean and spacious. We got updates through social media and the cameras in the room really helped when you miss your pup and just want to see what they are up to! So glad he met other doggy friends there too!
I am so glad I met Tony at the Stouffville market. I recently moved to Stouffville and was looking for a dog daycare for my standard poodle, Keon. His facilities are great , offering indoor (grass) play areas and separate rooms where Keon can rest and relax on his own. It takes Keon a while to feel comfortable around other dogs and both Tony and Lanndis have provided so much support and care which has enabled him to enjoy his time there. They are very knowledgeable and caring. I have complete confidence in them and the staff that work there. I take Keon once a week and plan to do over night stays as well. Thank You Chichi’s for providing an amazing facility for our pup!
