I really hate leaving a negative review, but I want others to be aware and to avoid having the same experience. Our art piece was framed horizontally instead of vertically. We were never asked what direction it should be framed in for confirmation and figured based on the art being vertical that it would be obvious. It took another several weeks to have it reframed. Additionally, they gave us a specific type of glass despite us asking for another type because they felt like we would like that more. When we went to pick it up during the store's hours (which are incorrect on Google) no one was there. It was around noon on a Saturday. I have communicated with an English speaking employee via text but she answered me very sporadically. When my husband went to pick up our already paid for art piece, he was told it wasn't paid for and they didn't know who we were. It was such a hassle getting our piece framed. Unfortunately we will not be back.
Great service at Denison branch-reservations about communication unfounded as the pleasant owner cut glass to exact imperial specs of 13 3/4 x 36 7/8 in couple mins at reasonable cost. Also he dont use recycled glass as he said there are structural changes with age- didn't know that.

Terrible. Had to give at least one start for review to post, otherwise I would have given no star. I placed an order in August, it is now middle of October and I still have not received it. I did purchase three coupons for this company and I am going to cut my losses on two of them due to their poor customer service.
Have used these for years the quality is fantastic , price is very good , no hesitation in recommending at all. Another 4x8' framing job for me is done today. Beautiful...
