Ray was very friendly and patient when helping my dad find the right copper pipe and fittings. Although there was a language barrier between them he was respectful and patient towards my dad Thank you very much Ray!
"This place provides terrible service. Every time I visit, the staff is grumpy, unhelpful, and impatient. I think it's the reason why the place is always so empty. Today was the worst; two different staff members scolded me twice, one of them reeking of alcohol. The audacity! Especially when there were no other customers! I asked for their business card and found out that one of them was the branch manager, Alex. I want to file a complaint, but I can't find a customer service hotline for such a big company. No wonder they're so arrogant! This is definitely not the noble company that has always helped me."
Amazing... I only ever review things when the experience is extraordinary.... and the plumbing expert I dealt with here just floored me with kindness. He took the time to help me match a faucet stem over email with the speediest of timing and got the product in the next day even with all the delays everywhere else. Needless to say, I'm spreading as much word as possible of his good will and this place will have all my business in the future.
