Paid for 4 hours of gaming. Had several basic questions about the pcs and the games they could run but the employees were totally clueless on everything we had asked. It is as if they were not trained for that portion of the lounge.
People smoking everywhere - hallway, billiard table, rooms. My first step in can smell and it’s really harmful to the health. Nobody actually care I saw the front table person just walk by saw that customer still smoking and he didn’t say a word! Don't think Ontario actually smoking indoor, and I’ll see if anywhere can report this. Funmix was not like this before…and it needs a proper management. I won’t come anymore or suggest anyone to come.
The worker at reception’s desk whose named METRO has really terrible attitude towards customers. Being extremely mean when people pay the bill, complaining not receiving any tips while there was NO SERVICES at all. Also, the Mahjong’s fee is included tips already, there’s no reason he asking for extra tips from customers.
Good service, clean environment. I left something there and staff helped retrieving it after a week. Staff is polite, but most of the time they are short-staffed. They offer food, not the cheapest in town, not the greatest regarding tastes, however, some outside drinks can be seen being brought, not sure if they mind or not. Table prices are slightly higher than other rivals in the vicinity but greater location, and it opens till very late hours.

It's a very spacious place with options for billiards, mahjong, board games, and gaming. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the environment is great, and everything feels brand new. Highly recommended!
Never know this place until Google search for a snooker place. The club located in the basement of FMP, it is modern, nice and clean. The price was affordable for pool and snooker games. There are other game facilities too. The receptionist Clair is polite, customer oriented and with very friendly and courtesy service. Definitely recommended!
