The team did a great job renovating my kitchen. The team was easy to communicate and nothing but professional with my time and home. I could not recommend them enough. Professional, timely and efficient. I plan on using them for my bathroom update
I do not recommend this company if you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional contractor. What was supposed to be a straightforward 2-3 months renovation (removing/moving walls, sistering joists, redoing floors and washroom) turned into 8 months of poor workmanship, extra charges, and frustrating and toxic communication. Issues included: structural work done incorrectly, careless mistakes (doors left open, rain entering through open windows, broken glass left on the floor), wrong cuts despite clear instructions, lost materials, and inaccurate invoicing (which they blamed the technology for). They frequently pushed unexpected costs, misrepresented quotes, and failed to follow industry standards. New walls were not straight and were left at a 10-degree angle. Subcontracted work was poorly managed and at one point a subcontractor even threatened to put a lien on our house as they were not paid by TROC. Overall, the quality, transparency, and professionalism were far below expectations. I strongly suggest choosing a different contractor. Our experience with TROC ended with a huge financial impact and an unfinished project. The new contractor we brought on had to redo much of the work that TROC claimed to be completed. Attached are only a few pictures hopefully demonstrating the poor level of quality.
From day one meeting with David to the end of the completion of the main floor renovation they were very professional and organized. The staff did an amazing job with the full renovation. David stayed on budget with the Reno. Would highly recommend them for any household renovation.
Had an aweful experience working with Nasser and his team. There were a lot of hidden charges once the work started. They charged me top dollar for poor service. Almost all of their Sub contractors messed up on their job and i had to pay out of my pocket to fix their mistakes. The only perfect job in the house were the ones not done by T-ROC such as appliances and furniture. Tried to follow up with them towards the end through email and call but no one would reply.
The work was professionally done. The entire process started late, but was done in one week. They took proper care to clean up all construction mess. The workers were dedicated to detail and completing tasks in a timely fashion. This experience was much better then our last contractor. Will highly recommend Chris and his team.
Very professionals, I was happy with quality of job and the quick replies to my concerns. Hard to find good and reliable workers in the London area. These guys are serious and will complete the job.
