I visited this Mr. Sub location to purchase cookies, and the experience was concerning. The staff member was cleaning the windows and counters with bare hands, and at no point did she wash her hands before serving me. Instead, she put on a single glove and attempted to hand me my order. When I politely requested that she wash her hands, she dismissed the concern, rolled her eyes, and stated that she “had gloves on,” despite not having washed beforehand. She then put on a second glove rather than addressing the hygiene issue, and continued to be visibly irritated. My request was simply for basic food safety, which protects all customers. The lack of proper hand hygiene and the unprofessional attitude were disappointing. I hope management addresses this matter promptly.
This location is ok. The staff is usually pretty friendly and efficient. Today, the new guy put a ton of mayo on my sub and I said it's too much, so he scooped it out with his hands and was like, all fixed.
The subs here are very delicious and aside of that, they have very respectful, dedicated, and caring group of staff. They take each order seriously and take care with handling the ingredients. The site itself is very clean, neatly organized and contains ample seating. Would highly recommend this to anyone who likes subs. They always have plenty of variety and always serve the items listed in the menu.
Terrible service. The young girl is too fsst when making my sandwich.. she puts little sauce when you ask for sauce... she doesnt ask if we want it grilled or not and just starts wrapping the sandwich... when i pay her cash she takes the cash and puts all my balance change all over the table... im not picking up change from the dirty table... overall the seevice was very bad... lucky they even get one star.... if the owner really cares he would get back to me.... never going here again... woodbine 14th mr sub is awesome service... trust me... dont know how this ppl got 4 and half stars... yea this is my feedback... love it or hate it...
Typical Mr. Sub but the staff are friendly and pile on ingredients. I go there fairly often and regularly have friendly chats with them about news, kids, etc.
I've been coming here for over 15 years, the staff are amazing and the friendliest people! Also, there's no way a subway coldcut combo can be a Mr. Sub assorted
I have frequented this place for over eight years now. Food is always fresh. It's always clean. The staff are amazing. Jim is just lovely. I think the only improvements I could suggest would be a new toilet seat in the women's bathroom.
