The customer service was extremely rude. I believe her name was maya, she seemed very lazy and did not want to help at all. She kept kissing her teeth and seemed like she did not want to work.
The absolute worst possible service. I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this UPS location. When I asked a simple question about whether there would be a DHL pickup because I had a rush, overnight package that needed to go out the employee who said her name was Maya was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. She initially told me a driver would be coming, but the next day the tracking showed that nothing had been picked up. When I called back to ask if there would be a pickup that day, she became very hostile and told me it wasn’t her responsibility. When I asked to speak to a manager, she refused and acted as if she was the manager, which only made the situation even more frustrating. At this point I still don’t know when or if my package will be shipped, and it’s unacceptable to be spoken to that way when I was only trying to confirm a pickup for an urgent shipment. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience.
It was a wonderful experience. Mehrab is very a nice and knowledgeable person. He explained to me various alternatives and resolved my queries. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this UPS store.
Ridiculous pricing as I missed one label when I return for my amazon order, the lady Maryam say there is no alternative but I have to pay $2 for just printing one B&W page, $1.5 out of $2 is "file processing fee" when I could totally self-serve but NO, she say it would be the same price no matter how I choose to print, then she proceeded anyway without my consent. Staple only charge me $0.08 for the label and this store is just a scam.
There is no Zero..This is one for the worst UPS store I have ever visited.All I wanted was to return my Amazon item and they charged another 5 bucks for it. They did not even know how to print the label properly and charged the extra pages from me. This is my third time experiencing this kind of delay and service.Last time I had to spare an Hour for a passport size photograph.Not a Reviewer in general but this is really bad.When did return any item started costing you money.I should have kept the item.
We send our work packages with UPS 574 and they always send them at the right price and on time, and the staff carefully and patiently do the work of packing and sending. They print all the prints of our company at a reasonable price
Came in last week and received some of the best service I have ever had from Allan! I was shipping out some fragile items and he was so attentive and packaged everything up with so much care and effort. Not only that, I walked in around 4:15pm that day and Allan stayed until after 6pm (even though they closed at 5pm) to make sure my package was secured and all the shipping information was correct. I highly enjoyed the service that Allan provided me and would definitely recommend this UPS store!
