The Owner is very friendly & courteous. While waiting in line, I witnessed the time he spent with some customers who asked for his opinion & was polite & very patient with them even though it delayed me a few times dropping off my parcels. Remarkable.
I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. The owner was extremely helpful and took plenty of time to guide us through everything. Their patience, clear explanations, and professional service made the whole process very easy. We truly appreciate the support and highly recommend this location.
Although there is a UPS store closer to me, I always choose this store. The gentleman there is always friendly and very helpful. He goes beyond to make sure he gives excellent customer service.
If you ever ship or receive anything through UPS and it arrives near here or anywhere in the area. Be prepared to never see your items, they will either never show up, or show up in pieces. Probably the worst mail service this country has
I had a great experience at this UPS Store! The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful. They assisted me with my shipment quickly and efficiently. The store was well-organized, making the whole process smooth. I also appreciated their knowledge about different shipping options and packaging solutions. Highly recommended!
Unfriendly and Discriminatory service! I do NOT recommend this UPS Store. The store "manager" is rude. He charged me $2 + tax to tape my boxes. I just need 3 x 1.5' to finish my packing. Given that I was already, I am willing to pay for the unreasonable charge. As the manager sticking on the UPS mailing label, he was educating me that "nothing is free in Canada, you know!" in a discriminatory and condescending tone. This is totally unprofessional. If you have a choice, try to avoid this store. Drive a bit farther. You deserve more!
Bad service , no slip left on the door and not in mail box. They do not want to resend it. They want you to spend time and money and go to pick it up. I paid for my delivery to be delivered to my home, not to the UPS store. Shame on you UPS
