Took the machine with him and gave me updates along the way so I knew how things were progressing. Came out on a Sunday night to drop it off saving me the hassle of coming home on a weeknight to meet him. I had the pleasure of meeting Raheem, nice gentleman. My lawn mower wouldn't start, he took the time to assess the problem and suggested not to waste money fixing it. He is very knowledgeable diagnosed the problem right when I turned on my snowblower, taking the time to explain it to me clearly. Deff the guy to call for your small engine needs! Needed a lawnmower repair for a no- start issue. Rahim repaired it quickly and had it back to me in good working order the next day. Only downside is that this work is done out of an "at home" business, without paperwork so no storefront and is a business based on trust, but they came through for me when I needed them!
