There was some issues when switching point of sale but the sales rep and technical team were able to make adjustments at the time of the in-person setup. It is a breathe of fresh air working with a company that values their clients. I will be using Snappy point of sale with google order instead of depending on costly Uber with manual entry to POS, and their gift cards program. So far I am very happy with Snappy because of cost savings and upgraded software. I would recommend having a conversation with your local rep.
