I have purchased hardwood flooring and had my stairs recapped and new railing installed. The experience was wonderful, I was very pleased with quality and workmanship. Also, I have purchased vinyl flooring for my basement. I was very impressed with the quality and price. I highly recommend Vista.
Terrible. Installed 7 years ago...thought we had 25 years limited warranty. Finish which was gloss brown is faded and oxidized so bad it cant be cleaned now. I sent pictures and was told to try car wash and then car wax. I did and it didnt help. Sent more pictures and was told there warranty doesnt cover normal wear and tear such as weather. I either have to try and paint (which I am not) or have it replace. BE AWARE when puchasing this product as they do not stand behind it!

Super good customer service! I first gave them an order for 6” width wood board, after they finished, I found the good width is 5.5”, I have to ask them to help cut and polish for extra work. They called me back after confirmed with worker that they will cut and polish without charting extra. Really appreciate their help and kindness.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I've went there today just after lunch. I brought someone to look and buy all what was needed for a 3 floors banister. The posts, the spindles and everything else to assembled apart from the rails. A young chubby chinese guy was standing beside us and I asked him if he was working there. He said yes, I then said let's go to the counter and discuss about the different prices. So we went there, chatted a bit and asked for a quote. 5-10 minutes later I've asked, you're writing this right? He said no, I said aren't you doing a quote? He said no, why I need to do a quote when I've given you all the prices? I then told him that I need the quote and I need it. He then started to laugh and said I just gave you the prices, why don't you calculate them. I asked again for a quote and also the person that was with me said we need a quote. He then said ok, laughing again that he'd do a quote. He then asked if I had an account with them and I responded no. He then said, can't do a quote if you don't have an account. I've asked the person accompanying me if she wanted to go back to the other store and she immediately said yes. The worst of all of this idiot or lazy behaviour is that the person I brought owns a carpet store. So in turn of having much more business, that attitude by the employee prompted us to NEVER put foot in there. To the owner: With employees like so, they'll surely put an end to your business. Poor selection of people, I'm sure you didn't check any references from previous employers. Go and shop elsewhere and don't waste your time there getting humiliated.
