Horrible customer service, the guy with the glasses in the office needs some more customer experience. BANAS TRIED TO STEP IN AND EXCHANGE THE MATERIALS, thats called customer service. Unfortunately he didnt want to bring down his ego. The true colours of this location will showcase its self over time.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Money grabbers. All stones are broken. but wont replace the broken pieces done by poor management. Highly recommend to watch out for the misinformation.

I came to the Langstaff Beaver Valley location in search of some stones as well as polymeric sand. This was my first time taking on these two landscaping projects for my backyard so I arrived without much knowledge of the task. I am extremely thankful that I received Buzz as my sales rep. He walked me through what I needed for the jobs as well as took the time to explain the difference between products. I'm thankful to have met Buzz and I will be going back to him in the future.
At Langstaff there is a male cashier rep named Erin or Erik (or something like that) with glasses who is extremely rude. He seems to be a person with bad intentions. Rest of the employees are ok. I wonder why the management likes to keep this guy on. Maybe management is not aware? or this guy is their family? Will never shop there again with this guy.
Support received from Buzz in sales was fantastic. Was more difficult because product purcahsing was discontinued many years ago so he had to resarch many older catalogues until gathered the details to support calculating the total order. Completed the overall task all the way to delivery; really full service, thanks Buzz!!!
