I've used Jia Jia moving for more moves then I can remember. But every single time, they're efficient, professional, polite, respectful and take instruction well on where and how you want your things being moved organized. If you're looking for mover who is all the above and has extremely competitive rates, then look no further.
We moved twice in 4.5 months and used Jia Jia both times. The movers were professional and very efficient. We were happy at how well they organized the moves, from booking (and multiple booking changes) to the very end, including disassembling and assembling 2 beds.We would recommend their service to anyone.
Jia Jia Moving was very professional through-out the process and provided great service for a reasonable price. I live in downtown Toronto so there was a travel fee included in the overall price of the move, but even still, it was cheaper than the moving companies based in downtown Toronto that I received quotes from. The representative on the phone was very helpful in ensuring I got the right sized truck and explaining the whole process. On the day of the move, the movers that came to do the job were very fast and friendly and even helped disassemble my furniture. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - thank you Jia Jia!
Movers showed up on time. Did a review of all items then got started moving. Once done did a full review to ensure nothing missed. At the new home they reviewed where everything went and managed to fit all large items into house without any damage.
