Parents wear shoes in the swimming pool, I really don’t like it, woman in boys washroom, kid is waiting to start the lesson and bothers another kid who is having swimming lesson, very messy! Just finish summer and find another swimming school.
We’ve done seasons at Felix any our kids are progressing and leveling up. We like that our classes are weekly with the same instructor, and a supervisor is monitoring at all times!
Cons: I had signed up for the one month class but my experience was very underwhelming. The main issue was the ratio of instructor to students was quite low. 90% of my classes had 4-5 students and often they were of completely different levels and this can be a problem when the class is only 45mins. As per the instructor, it takes more than 1 month to learn how to swim and although that might be partially true but eitherway they need to change their structure of classes if they want more people to either join or continue. Pros: There were quite a few positives from my experience such as the classes always started on time and the facility was often very responsive with inquiries and callbacks.
