Order via Uber Eats - sadly the quality from this place has gone downhill. The Weekday combo was poor, the main minced pork portion was tiny, like a side, was soggy and fatty, egg and tomato was on the rice like a main, and was not flavourful just scrambled egg, cabbage was replaced by potato, eggplant subpar. The Taiwanese beef rice noodle was replaced with 红烧牛肉面. The mango sago was so watery it was like they dumped a mango milk drink into a takeout bowl. Honestly very disappointed in the quality, presentation, and it is not authentically Taiwanese. More like Chinese owners trying to make Taiwanese style food. Note: the actual order on the restaurant receipt was $47 but all in with Uber fees and tips it was $75.
Great value with generous portions of food. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, with the crispy chicken being the highlight—perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender inside. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
This place is fantastic! Quick service, tasty food. I have tried a bunch of different items on their menu but #2: Salty Crispy Chicken is the one I usually go for. When you order from their lunch menu, you get a choice of there sides. I would recommend the scrambled eggs with tomatoes, green beans (or mixed veg) and the eggplant to go with your crispy chicken!
ordered the food through Uber, basil chicken was washed, got diarrhoea after that, been ordered from this restaurant many times now, this is the first time that happened, very disappointed
My family loves visiting this restaurant every time we visit Markham from Ottawa when staying here. We love the mango shrimp bento box and mango slush with tapokia beads. Great service.
Came here for lunch and got their beef brisket. It tasted stale and abnormally sour - before I left, the cashiers stopped me and accused me of not paying the bill. Would not come back
Well, fare goes up for almost 15% just within one year. Actually, bento they r selling is as normal as.......Im really interested in one thing, mobile order(Uber eats) just has the half volume of the bento if u just walk in order.
Larger location with more seating compared to other ZenQ's in the GTA. Good Taiwanese comfort food and desserts. Known for their grass jelly based desserts and an assortment of drinks. Booth seating not the most comfortable with 90 degree seat backs but hey, that's to get people moving. The tea time combo which comes with a main, 3 sides and a drink for $11.50 seems like a good value. Fast service. Free parking.
Go first time with family. Food is good for bubble tea cafe. Tea is steep enough but don't compare with other better one since lunch special is cheap along with basic bubble tea. I got a Jasmine tea and it has enough steep tea taste. I have been different and probably the best among all zenq compare to others in Toronto. Not too many people on a Saturday afternoon. Good for a sit-down with a friend. Environment and ambience consider to be quiet I think at 12pm. Service is not a lot but due to the fact of the price and food. I give a 3.75 to 4 stars.
Someday last week I ordered a spicy pork belly noodles soup, and I found a green insect in my soup, so gross and horrifying!!! I ordered a meal with combo today, they forgot to put the drink in my take out!!! The worst experience ever..
Not super awesome but still great place to go for Lunch. I like their salty crispy chicken.
