Awesome customer service here. I had Wilson help me get a better rate for my plan. He was able to switch me over from Telus to Koodo seamlessly and went out of his way to get me the best deal. He was patient as Telus/Koodo's system was down for an hour, but was very apologetic and provided promotions for the inconvenience. Great place to get set up with a phone/plan!

We were very pleased with Nicole help,. We did not get any service help thru chat assist and waited for 3 callbacks but to no avail. We were at a loss as no assistance came thru....Nicole came thru for CS care when no other help was available. So pleased that this issue was resolved.
Amazing service by Cloris and Lucas. My parents and I were enquiring about several different cell phone plans. Both of them were extremely patient. Willingly explain the breakdown of all plans. Tried their best to provide the best selection for us.

I had a great experience with Cloris. She had such great customer service. I was getting off work at 7:30 and she waited for me till I came just to make sure that I can get the phone that I wanted at the price that was just right. I am so happy with her service she helped me so much and made sure that I was happy with what I got. She was really tentative and caring and it's hard to find such great customer service, 5 stars!
