TELUS SCREWED ME TOO EEAL BAD MOST EXPENSIVE PLAN THE HAD MY HOME IN A DEAD ZONE COULDNT GET HOLD OF THEM AND WHEN I DID OCER AN HOUR AND I COULDNT UNDERSTAND THEM . THEY WOULDNT KNOW MY CHARGES DOWN SUFFICIENTLY I PAID OVER 100 FOR NOTHING THEY BILLED ME THIRTY MORE WITHOUT ME EVEN KNOWING . PUT THAT INTO COLLECTIONS I GOT NO CALL OVER 30$ BUT I GOT MISSED 3 OAYMENTS ON MY CREDIT REPORT FOR 2 OR 3 YEARS NOW. THEY WOULDNT TAKE TGAT BACK AFTER I EXPLAINED AND PAID THE 30 WHATDEKS
The salesperson forced me to buy thier cheapest plan, and what they said didn’t work Ben match the form I had to sign. Took her 5 hours just to tell us what the data plan was about. Luckily the manager arrived and we sorted it out in a quick 30 minutes

Hé is very caring, understanding, patient and helpful to resolve any problem and to offer you the plan which suits you the best. Again , thanks to Rohit who listens well and works professionally.
The worker asked my friend how much he made a year and decided to treat him like he was homeless. How's this next time ask if he could run a a credit check and my friend would come up clean. Just letting you know he's moving to virgin plus.
I went to Koodo Pacific Mall today to replace my lost cellphone and was lucky to have received friendly and professional service from Mr. Ivan Wong. He was informative and had taken the time to help me to retrieve the data from my original phone, also was kind to understand my frustration in losing my phone.
