New member this year. Great facility, excellent management, professional and courteous staff. They are there for the members. Shout out to Ewa for taking the time explaining club rules and always willing to go the extra bit to make members feel at home. Also, my daughter loves the parents & tots group lessons. We tried a session with Coach Ocean at PRC and had a great experience. She is patient, encouraging, and knows how to engage young players effectively. That’s why we’re happy to continue with Coach Ocean in the Red Ball program.
I attend as a guest under my mother’s membership. Court rental pricing is reasonable, excellent facilities. Warm and welcoming customer service. Keep up the great work!
We’ve been family members here for three years now. We love the new courts and facilities, as well as the wide variety of engaging events. Booking courts online is very convenient. And of course, the staff here are always friendly and incredibly helpful.
I’ve enjoyed playing at this club, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. The court-booking rules were changed with only **one day’s notice**, which immediately reduced member access and created a lot of frustration. When I shared constructive feedback about how sudden changes like this impact members and overall retention, the response I received was essentially: *“If you want more flexible options, you can join another club,”* followed by pricing information for a completely different facility. Instead of addressing concerns or engaging in a meaningful conversation, being directed to look elsewhere felt dismissive and unprofessional. Members aren’t asking for the impossible — just reasonable notice, transparent communication, and a willingness to listen. There’s a great community here, but experiences like this make it hard to feel valued. I truly hope management reconsiders how they implement changes and how they respond to member feedback moving forward.
PRC Markham is a great location for pickleball games! The court surface is non-slippery and there is plenty of space between and behind the courts. It's a bit noisy inside but still a good facility to play. There are 10 courts and it's great for round Robin games.
My daughter and I have been members for over 3 years. They offer lots of great programs throughout the fall / winter season, including weekly clinics, Round Robins and Live balls which I thoroughly enjoy. My daughter was also part of the junior leagues which was a great experience for her, and also attends a weekly clinic. It's a well-run shop, easy to use booking system and the coaches are great - shout out to Coach Val, Zane and Tarik! Thanks for making tennis fun and more importantly, improving my game over the years!
