It feels like you're chatting with a fellow Pokémon fan rather than just making a transaction. They are quite accommodating when it comes to shipping, pick-ups, and sometimes surprise drop-offs if he's in the area! The cards are packaged nicely, especially those nice Limited Time special "Mystery/Loot Bag" packaging. Most items are out of stock or way above market price. Basically this store is scalping my order was also cancelled without a heads up or any compensation.
