Ken is an honest, stand-up guy. I brought in my 2008 Land Rover not knowing who to trust, and he took me under his wing. He fixed the issue, saved me money, and even went the extra mile by checking oil levels in spots most wouldn’t bother with. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work.

Had transmission "repaired" in 2018 and since then I drove my Accord 30,000 km and changed the transmission fluid 2x. Transmission now slips after 10 minutes of driving under 50 kph. Spoke to Ken who was my contact in 2018. He was not concerned or willing to give me any idea of what it might cost to have it repaired again. I said I am not looking for a quote and just want some price range. He kept saying bring it in and we'll see. Would not recommend his business. Rebutal to owner's response: I was a Customer of yours and was not asking for a quote. I asked you to give me a ball park cost range so I have an idea of what to expect. Doctors do give prescriptions over the phone after thoughtful discussion/questions with a patient. You were not interested in asking any thoughtful questions. All you kept saying was 'bring it in'. THIS IS THE AFTER SERVICE CARE YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS OWNER ONCE YOU HAVE PAID HIM AND TRUSTED HIM.
If you are looking for an HONEST mechanic - Ken at Mister Transmission Markham is the best you can ask for! He'll never make up issues just to make a buck. Been coming here for years and would never go anywhere else. Thank you for everything Ken!! My car hero!
Highly recommend this location! I don't normally post these but Ken was extremely helpful with my repair. He answered every one of my questions. If your car has a problem, go to this location, Ken will fix your problem
My Nissan had a clicking sound when I drive. Took it to my dump mechanic and he said it was the brakes, we change the brakes and the sound was still there then he said oh it’s the transmission(cause everyone knows Nissan has bad transmission) . I brought it here and Ken took it for a test drive, scan the transmission and saw nothing wrong with it. He then adjusted the brakes and the sound was gone n he did it for free. Initially I didn’t have to change my brakes in the first place. Some mechanics need serious flogging for wrong diagnosis
my civic was grinding 3rd gear so i went to mister transmission on don park to get a quote and see how much it cost to fix it. thats wht best thing i did .Ken is the tech who fixed my car and he is very friendly and honest, explained everything to me and finish the car in a very short time. and the staff there is very nice also, ( sorry that i was talking to u for a while that day and didnt get ur name) THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
