Had a issue of slipping tranny on my 2015 ford focus, they diag. quickly and gave me est. I didn't fix the car, too old, but they didn't charge me 1 penny for the diag. Great service, highly recommend, professional and polite staff

My 12 year old X1 has a transmission downshifting problem. Sal test drove the car and said the transmission had to be replaced. He spent almost half an hour explaining to me what the issues were and suggesting a few options, including getting rid of the car. He did not push me to have the transmission replaced and make money on it. Instead, he provided me with honest opinions and free advice, which are hard to come by these days.
