HELLO THERE ON BEHALF OF MY COMPANY BALKAN ENTERPRISES INC I LIKE TO THANK RUSH TRUCK CENTRE AND SPECIFICALLY TWO GENTLEMAN’S . ONE OF THEM NAME IS GERALD AND THE OTHER NAME IS DARRELL. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY 2024 ISUZU COMINGS ENGINE THE SECOND WEEK THAT I BOUGHT BRAND NEW TRUCK WAS BRAND NEW AND THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WAS THE DEF PUMP. THESE TWO GENTLEMEN‘S WERE ABSOLUTELY HELPFUL, KIND CARING, AND WILLING TO DO THE VERY BEST FOR CUSTOMERS LIKE ME THEY DID KEEP THE PROMISE AS I WAS TOLD THEY PLACED THE ORDER. THE PART DIDN’T EXIST ANYWHERE IN ONTARIO THEY PLACED THE ORDER FROM US SHIPPING WAS GONNA BE FIVE DAYS AND THEY ACTUALLY GOT IT WITHIN THREE DAYS AND THEY DID REPLACE THE DEF PUMP AND IN NO MATTER OF TIME WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS. I HOPE SOMEONE IS GOING TO LET THESE TWO GENTLEMEN KNOW DARRELL AND GERALD ABOUT THIS REVIEW AND HOW PLEASED I WAS WITH THE SERVICE FROM RUSH TRUCKS IN MARKHAM AND HOW HAPPY I WAS EVEN THOUGH I LIVE IN MISSISSAUGA . I WENT TO RUSH TRUCKS IN MISSISSAUGA VERY BUSY PLACE BUT THEY ARE NOT ORGANIZED AND THEY DON’T HAVE THE RIGHT PEOPLE WORKING THERE .I’M WILLING TO DO MOST OF MY SERVICES AND REPAIRS AT THE SAME DEALERSHIP , I WISH THEY WOULD DO APPOINTMENT INSTEAD OF FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BUT HOWEVER I WAS VERY VERY HAPPY THANK YOU RUSH TRUCKS AND MARKHAM THANK YOU GERALD THANK YOU DARRELL,AND GOD BLESS YOU BOTH AND YOUR LOVED ONES AND HOPE YOU HAVE THE VERY BEST DAY EVER THANKS AGAIN
I would give this location a zero if I could! It is to long of a story to get into but I would not trust this service department with your truck! Please, Please Please find people who will work on your truck and respect you. Money is really hard to make in the trucking industry so don't let anyone take advantage of you! Have a happy and safe holiday!
Not sure how they got the name "rush" more like it happens when it happens... ordered a part, supposed to get a call the next day when it comes in .... no call... i go in cause i figure they forgot... no part .. sorry it will be in monday... we will call when its in .. 2 weeks later .. no call , no part nothing.
Very expensive, and slow service, many other truck repair shops around the gta which do the same job with better quality and service for a cheaper price. Recommend to do research prior to taking it here!!
Very SLOW, Not satisfying at ALL, VERY Disappointed on the timeline service.. even if you have an appt, they dont care & take their time.. This is a Big Truck Repair Shop, theyre Customers have deadlines also.. A couple simple minor repairs, will have you stuck without your truck, for about a week.. So be warned people..
Tl;dr - Consider other options. No work product guarantee AT ALL (not even 24hrs) in case something goes wrong relating to the repairs they do and does not take responsibility for their own work. the repairs they recommended were a complete waste of money and in my experience they operated in complete bad faith. Do not trust this place. So after bringing in my commercial truck here for scheduled oil change a few months ago we brought it back again to make the additional repairs recommended by the service advisor. In brief, after about 3 weeks of rental costs and 3 repair estimate revisions totalling to almost 7k later, they said the truck was ready to be picked up. Oh boy were they wrong. The truck drove and performed worse than when we first brought it in. Power delivery was bad and very slow and the exhaust was blowing black smoke. My company worried the risk of getting pulled over so we used a rental until we could take it back to Rush. I called them immediately and we agreed to bring the truck back the next business day (it was Friday so I had to wait until Monday) to have them fix the problems. A few days go by after it was dropped off a second time and they said the truck was ready again. This time around when driving it on the road it was much better - the large amounts of black smoke was almost gone and power under throttle was back. I was glad it all worked out. They didn’t present me with an invoice nor was asked to pay COD (like we usually do) when I picked up the truck thinking they just made a mistake and are bound by good faith. The gentleman who I dealt with at the counter said and did call me a week later to check in and make sure everything was alright, to which I told him everything was fine. I presumed that to be the end of it until the next oil change. No it was not. So far I’ve got 3 calls from 2 different people (all whom are not the service advisor I originally dealt with) working in this place over the last few weeks, all of them requesting that I pay for the parts used to fix the exhaust smoke and power delivery issues that they caused. They most recently called me the day after Canada day. I made it clear to them that I’m not paying for anything else because the problems were noticeable immediately after I paid for and drove the truck and, if they did want me to pay, the parts should have been on the final invoice. I don’t understand why they keep calling with the same request that I refused multiple times over like those spam callers who are frustrating and dishonest. Sad part is I never received an apology from them for screwing up and charging me $7k in repairs. And I was willing to let it go too after they fixed it until they started calling me like a collections agency. What a joke and a waste of money bringing my truck in here and accepting their recommended repairs. Pretty much got ripped off... do not trust this place
awesome mechanics really great the work they did was spot on and when I had a problem someone reached out to me and talked to me. you can't always be perfect but these guys have good customer service for what something does happen. John is an amazing mechanic and I would let him work on anything i own
