After 30 years of hard working, our Eureka central vacuum finally broke down. I searched the google reviews and found Ridwan. He was as good as the reviews had recommended. He was very courteous and patient with regards to the questions that you had. He was very efficient on booking you an installation the next day. He recommended the Cyclovac Quartz package to us, which was a very good deal and included with 25 year warranty. The installation was done professionally. I will definitely recommend his service.
All I have to say is AMAZING, I called Ridwan to check what I thought was a clog in the system. He came on time and tested the outlets, he confirmed it wasn't a clog and advised me it was a disconnect in the tube. This is where I was amazed, he started to listen to where the disconnect would be, he did this a couple of times to make sure before cutting. He cut through the drywall and low and behold, the exact spot he cut was where the tube was disconnected. Amazing service and very knowledgeable, if you want a professional, he's your man!
Ridwan was very proficient from beginning to end. I now have a very strong suctioning vacuum which was quickly installed and tested. Thank you Ridwan.
