Took my Fisker Ocean One to GT Auto Styling for Xpel windshield protection film and a full paint correction with Xpel Fusion Plus V2, and these guys absolutely killed it. The whole experience was super easy. They explained everything, kept me updated, and you can tell they really know their stuff. The car looks unreal now — the paint is glossy, clean, and honestly better than when I picked it up new. Really happy with the work and the service. Absolutely terrible experience with ceramic coating and window tinting. The owner Reza was very patient and polite at first. He answered all my questions during my first and second visits, and we spent over an hour inspecting the car together. He promised my brand new car would look better than showroom condition. I trusted their “premium” service as an Xpel-authorized dealer and their positive Google reviews — so I decided to support a local business in my neighborhood. 1. Ceramic Coating (Xpel V2, 8-Year Warranty): Proper preparation was skipped. None of the window sills or trims were taped or protected, leaving deep stains and damage along the edges and plastics. They basically polished only the top visible panels and ignored the rest. Scratches were visible from multiple angles. 2. Windshield Tint (Xpel XR Plus): The tint had over 15 visible bubbles. When I went back to show him, Reza said: If you can find anyone who can do better, I’ll pay for it. Instead of fixing it, they completely dismissed my concerns. 3. Customer Service: After I showed him the issues, his attitude completely changed. He denied responsibility for the damage, ignored my calls and texts, and even tried to blame all the scratches on me. He said I couldn’t prove the scratches were between the coating and the paint, insisting they must be my fault. For the white stains along the window edges, he told me to claim Audi. When I reminded him about his warranty promise, he began yelling at me. At that point, I knew I was in the wrong place. This entire process was stressful, disappointing, and upsetting. Warranties mean nothing once you’ve paid. your unprofessional staff completely damaged my brand new car. I have proven videos show the inspection footage confirmation from Xpel.
Reza delivers outstanding customer service to his clients. A year after my PPF installation, I encountered an issue with my license plate, and Reza promptly helped me resolve it. Truly a 5-star service!
