Sent a watch for repair and it wasn’t done after 5 months. Understood that there might be some work to be done so it took long to get repaired, but charging $1.5G and sending it back to you with simple plastic wraps in a small cardboard box is a joke, not to mention they didn’t even send me an email to notify me the watch is being sent back nor with a tracking number. Service is terrible and disrespectful. Do not use their service!!

Very frustrated with the service! I've sent in an engagement ring for resizing. I was told that the turnaround time would be 4 weeks. As the time of posting this comment, it's been 7 weeks since The Time Shop has received the ring. I live in Montreal and it's impossible to get a status. No one ever picks up the phone nor reply the emails. This is incredibly frustrating, that's not how you deal with your customers.

I visited the service centre today to have my G-Shock checked. The receptionist was very accommodating and took the time to understand the issue before explaining it to the technician. Initially, there was a concern about the warranty, as the merchant had not completed the necessary form that should accompany the receipt. Although I no longer had the receipt, the team was able to resolve the problem without charge. A technician named Justin handled the service, and the receptionist clearly explained the fix to me afterward. I was very impressed with the excellent and helpful service.

I sent my ring to be resized. After 3 months, I received a different ring in another color. I returned it to have the issue fixed, but they sent me back the same ring gold-plated with many imperfections, and the jeweler keeps lying, claiming it’s my ring! Be cautious about their lack of transparency.

Had my Shinola in for some warranty work. Happy with the results, took a little time, but was mostly on Shinola's end of things. Communication could have been a bit better towards the end, but all in all, I'd come here again.

Disappointed with Lack of Transparency on Repair Estimate I reached out for a simple estimate to replace a specific, visibly damaged part on my watch. I fully understand the need to send in the watch for a full diagnosis and final quote, but I was only asking for a ballpark estimate for that one clearly chipped part , just to determine whether the repair would be worth pursuing. Unfortunately, the service representative refused to provide even a rough estimate and insisted the watch had to be sent in. I recognize the importance of inspection, but when the issue is visibly obvious, it would’ve been helpful to receive at least a general cost range or baseline quote. This lack of flexibility made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.

Excellent, but I wish they keep a customer record. When I go back as I usually do a did for many years, it would be nice to recognized as a loyal client!!
