I’ve come here a few times now for wheel alignments and tire mounting, and Kelvin has been super helpful every single time. Booking an appointment was super easy, and he only charged me for what was actually needed to be done for my alignment. Each time he's been quick, thorough, and always took the time to listen to any concerns I have.
Came in for a 2018 Tesla Model X TPMS installation and wheel balancing. The TPMS is working perfectly now and the car drives silky smooth after the balancing. Excellent work Kelvin, much appreciated. I will be brining in my wife’s RDX to get the same great service.

I was so excited of visiting this place for all the amazing reviews. The guy was not rude but not nice either. He didn’t add air on my tires! I spent 40 dollars and I will need to go to another place to fix what they did here. and I didn't go back in Spring as the owner replied, never again :) He is confusing me with someone else.
There are shops closer to where I live, but I drive 45 minutes to Markham Alignment because I trust Kelvin to do the work. I have had an alignment done before and I was very happy with the result. I returned for new winter tire install and balance. Yes, there are shops who charge you less for their services, but I always believe you get what you pay for. I would rather not have an apprentice or worst, minimum wage employee mount, balance and install my tires.
I went in to check my alignment because my car was pulling right a bit. It was enough to bother me so I went here to get the free check. The mechanic working at the time, Kelvin, confirmed why my car was pulling right and showed me the details on a printout of my wheel angles. He made the adjustment, drove it for a bit, came back and said it wasn't perfect so he put it back up and adjusted it again. Compared to other places I've been to, my experience here was the best. It was a bit more than I'm used to paying but it was worth it for the detailed service I received.
Absolutely fantastic alignment shop.. Kevin is very professional, explained the issues I had with my 2019 Santa Fe , and dialed in the alignment 100%. I will only use Markham Alignment for any future work.
