Helen and Kevin were a pleasure to work with and made the whole process very easy. So much so that we went back to them for a second set of window treatments when we had new windows installed. I needed some brackets urgently for my curtain rod and was calling around different stores. Helen responded to me quickly and happened to carry these brackets. She was so willing to help and went out of her way to leave them in her mail slot for me to pick up as she had to close early that day. And she sent pictures to make sure we understood each other. Talk about service. Just for this alone I would buy my next set of blinds from her and recommend her to my friends.
