I would NOT recommend purchasing hardwood flooring from this company. This was purchased through a flooring company used by my builder. The delivery was full of unsightly blue knots that completely ruin the look of the floor. This is absolutely not what you expect when paying for hardwood at a premium price. When they were contacted to resolve the issue they offered $600.00 and took no responsibility for the poor quality of their product. A flooring purchase is a major investment and a company that won't stand behind its materials is a red flag for anyone considering them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Woden does not deliver quality or customer service!

I’m beyond upset and frustrated with this company. After countless emails without a single reply, I feel completely ignored. I purchased the 709 Greek Cabin vinyl plank flooring from the 7 Diamond Collection and have encountered serious quality issues. Despite being installed for less than 10 months, the floors are already showing significant wear, scratches, and dents from normal daily use. I’ve used luxury vinyl flooring in many property renovations and have never seen a product degrade this quickly. It is marketed as durable and resilient, but my experience has been the exact opposite. I expected this flooring to last for years without issue. Instead, I am now facing the reality of needing to replace it far sooner than anticipated. To make matters worse, the lack of response from customer service has only added to the frustration. I would strongly caution anyone considering this product. If something goes wrong, do not expect support or accountability.
