If I could give 0 stars, I would. I tried to book a duct cleaning appointment, and when the technician (an Indian guy) came to my aunt’s house, he didn’t start the job — instead, he asked a bunch of unnecessary questions and blamed the heating and cooling system. I called the company, and they agreed to send another technician. I was fine with that. But since then, they’ve rescheduled multiple times, and today I actually came to the house expecting the service — only to be told they can’t do it today without even informing me in advance. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone
Worst experience Hired them for move out cleaning but the cleaner was in a hurry didn’t clean the kitchen properly and they never mentioned that we need to provide them with the cleaning stuff as well Never hiring them again
The worst experience ever. Stay away from this company. They are not honest . We got a flat rate for deep cleaning, but after 4 hours, the company's owner asked the cleaners to leave, although their job wasn't finished yet. We won't hire them again.
We hired them for duct cleaning and deep house cleaning. Duct cleaning was done well. But for house cleaning they subcontracted the work to another company without telling us. They increased the rate when the cleaners arrived at my property, saying the house is big. That is not my problem. You have my address you can check how big it is before giving the estimate. But they still insisted the rate has to increase. Also, they underpaid the cleaners, saying they were slow, even though they were not. They charged me double what they paid the cleaners. They are a scam!
NO SHOW I am disappointed by their attitude and unprofessionalism: The cleaning service committed to an appointment but failed to show up at the last minute without any prior notice. This lack of reliability and professionalism is unacceptable and causes significant inconvenience. There was no attempt to communicate the cancellation in advance, leaving us in a difficult situation. Effective communication is crucial for maintaining trust and ensuring customer satisfaction, which was clearly lacking. The no-show caused a major disruption to our schedule and plans. This level of inconsideration reflects poorly on their service and reliability, making it hard to recommend them to others. and they don't have a courtesy to write or reply back to apologize
The guy did a great job cleaning but was not honest with us about the price. He quoted us 100 dollars to begin win, then when he came he said it will be another 100 dollars to also do the return vents. We said ok for total of $200 but ended up charging us $300 total. When we asked him he said no it's 300. He should have been upfront so we were aware and not lied about the costs.
BUYER BE AWARE ALL OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!! Or POSTED BY THEIR OWN FAMILY MEMBERS!!! Spoke to Hameed he is the owner of this business! Firstly he didn’t wanted to come on the call and when he came it was all with an attitude… Their representative confirm entire all vents and duct cleaning for $100 including the return vents! When the person came to do the job he started asked for $400 for the entire job and then we negotiated till $150 and then he spoke to Hammed and said no now it’s going to be $250. They already wasted my time earlier as they were suppose to come on Thursday and didn’t show up and now on Sunday they didn’t do the job which was committed by their representatives!!! Buyer be aware and all their reviews are fake game!!! Doesn’t deserve to get a 1 Star!
