In a world where one could receive a call a day from a Duct Cleaning organization, it was refreshing to reach out to a Duct Cleaning organization, learn that they do not cold call, and when the job was done it was hassle free, easy to coordinate, the technician was great (showed before and after photos, very non-disruptive) and we could definitely tell a difference in overall health of the system once the job was completed.

We recently had duct cleaning services completed and did not have a good experience. The job was incomplete with areas missed and it was not a thorough comprehensive job.
Ismaeeel did a very thorough and complete job on our ducts. It was much needed and there’s been a noticeable difference ever since. He even showed us videos of just how bad the ducts were. Definitely recommend
Although the job was done, it lasted less than the 2-2.5hrs the company said it would take. The man who came didn't clean up after himself either. My husband went around the house with our vacuum afterwards. We also found metal plates that were cut from our furnace. I understand that they need access, but we have a 2 yr old (who he saw) and one was placed in her play area. One of the patches weren't even taped up afterwards and I know that could lead to air escaping leading to a waste of valuable heat. At first I was very pleased with them, but after looking around the house, not so much.
We hired Power Vac Ontario to clean our ducts this weekend. Paul showed up and was very professional. He was very pleasant to talk too. Entered through the back door and was very careful bringing in his equipment. Made sure he did not hit any walls or doors. We will hire them again in the future. AMD
