I bought a motor to replace my washer and the part they provided me was damaged when I brought it to my technician. The owner denied it and will not refund. I will be charging back. If they have only one in stock please beware they may sell you a defective item. Make sure to take pictures before you buy it to provide to your bank to charge back. They will be extra nice in the beginning to get you to buy their defective products. And do not buy anything that is not sealed from them.
May 3: Quick and fast customer service. Now I wait for my technician to fix my dryer. May 11: I brought back a circuit board that was not used and not even opened. My technician used his on part. They said I used it and said bring back my old board and new board together and let them ship it out..... When asked how long, they said no idea. The thing is I looked at my old board and its even nicer than the one they gave me.... The one they gave me was burnt. I trusted them when they said the device was new. They are saying my technician and I used it lol.... I will show pictures here and will just chargeback. Buyer Beware.!!! They will tell you, you can return it and no need to worry when you buy it, and when you come back they will deny everything.
