i've lived in my apartment for 15 years, and have only used Tech 2000 for my washing machine/dryer. i've only had a handful of service calls which tells you they've always done a good job! Recently had a technician assess my machine. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. needed to order parts and have another tech come in to make the repairs. everything went smoothly. I had used Tech 2000 on the recommendation from friend in my condo bldg for my dryer a few years ago and had a great experience. When my dishwasher recently started leaking, I called them straightaway. I knew it was likely time for a new machine, but covid-19 was proving to be problematic. Azim provided expert friendly advice and helped me with a new dishwasher option in the midst of a pandemic that was good value and hassle-free. I am very pleased with the results and recommend Tech 2000 for their service and professionalism.
I had a leak in my washer/dryer 2-1 machine, and got a new gasket to change. The new casket was wrong (but it was the right model) anyway, long story short, I called many repair store and technician and one came from appliance repair expert.ca (DO NOT USE THEM!) and he just put the new gasket in and that’s how we found out it’s not the right one and he refuse to put back the old one cuz he said it’s gonna leak anyway..... and said it’s double his work ..... and just left with all the parts with a charge of almost $300 with nothing done. As I was pulling my hair my friend recommended me tech-2000 and so this time I took my time to look at the review first and they seem to have pretty good feedbacks. I called them and the “reception” wowed me by just taking my question seriously and taking down my model and serial number, and instead of telling me it’s gonna cost me another $100 to come in and look, he researched online for me to see why my model didn’t match the right gasket at the first place (no company did that for me ! ) even though there was no results after 3 days, they still emailed me and said they’ll send a technician for me 2 days later and so Irfan came to help me! He helped me to check everything before he put back the old gasket. At the end it was just the dirt got caught on the rim. Still, this company took my question and concerns seriously and NICELY (just because I am a girl who lives alone a lot of times I get rolled eyes a lot for not knowing how to fix things or ask stupid questions). Everyone I talked to at tech-2000 (sometimes I call back and it’s not the same person) are friendly and patient and very understanding ! I highly highly recommend them and will definately use them from now on!
