I bought a tonneau cover from AutoEQ and it was a great experience. My order showed up faster than they said it would and I got what I ordered with zero hassle. Can't ask for anything more.
Phone in with installation information, never got back to me? Most importantly the Bakflip 4 cover does not work with the 2024/25 Toyota Tacoma with the rear camera mounted on the box light. The cover rests against the camera lens. I believe they are aware of this! First bump will break box camera. I should have put one star.
I would give this a negative rating if possible. I am convinced this place is a scam. Purchased a bug deflector guard on August 31, 2025. They sent me a shipping confirmation with tracking that showed the item was not even shipped to my address. When I followed up it took them days to respond. When they responded, they stated that they sent the wrong tracking number and that the item may have not even shipped, or was lost in transit, this was on September 12, 2025. I told them if it was indeed lost, or hadn't shipped yet I would just like a refund. It is now a week later and no response. I will be following up with my credit card company to have the charges reversed at this point. Also, when you try to go to the address they have listed on google, it is a Swiss Chalet... So yeah, I am almost 100% this place is a scam.
This company is a complete scam. There's no clear description as to what product would we receive. I have been chasing them for two weeks now for a return label, but there has been no response. I would never recommend buying any product from them.
I have been over a month trying to return a set of mats. I never even opened the box and I can't get a straight answer, they keep giving me excuses saying they will get back to me. I just want them to say yes send it back, I'll pay the shipping and they just refund me when they get it. Terrible customer service. Sad too cause they sell quality parts by the look of it. And I mean Terrible customer service once they got my money. Their phone number does not even work. Would not recommend ever.
