Highly recommend WCT if you’re in Canada, there shipping is super quick and their support team is absolutely fantastic! Had an issue where the company forgot to load a flash tune onto my tuner, and they replied in under 5 mins and got it all sorted out perfectly! Overall extremely impressed by their professionalism and help!
I had an amazing experience with WCT Performance. I accidentally ordered zinc lug bolts with a conical seat instead of the ball seat I needed. I reached out to their team, and they were incredibly helpful and responsive. They went out of their way to hold the shipment before it was picked up by UPS and swapped the product for the correct one without any hassle. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again, highly recommend!

Website was easy to navigate. Plenty of options for quite a few makes and models. Prices are fair and competitive. Product was packaged well when received.Reason I gave 4/5 is the shipping options. Please offer your customers something better than standard shipping and only one carrier. There’s no reason why your products and services should be taking more than 10 days (without weekends included and in Canada) to arrive at my doorstep. I personally will pay more to have the product received quicker. Just a thought.
