From the trial to the big day, she listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. She not only did my bridal hair and makeup but also took care of my entire bridal party. Her team was absolutely amazing to work with, professional, efficient, and so kind. They worked seamlessly with different complexions, skin types, and ages, making everyone look and feel beautiful. On the wedding day, she arrived early to set up, kept everything running smoothly, and made me feel so calm and confident. My hair and makeup held up perfectly all day and night, even through hours of dancing. I received so many compliments, and I truly felt my best thanks to her. I booked this vendor for my wedding in october because she had such great reviews . But After the trial I had to cancel services. At first the make up didn’t seem so bad because the mirror in her salon was far away and I wasn’t given a handheld to really look at it , but after seeing it up close it was very poorly done. The eyeliner was very messy and I specifically asked for light foundation but it was caked on. The hair also didn’t look terrible in the beginning but within 20 mins it fell apart and looked like a rats nest. Very messy. I contacted sima to ask about a refund , but she was unwilling to negotiate any compensation ; so I am out hundreds and no make up or hair organized for my wedding because it was that bad . Her salon was also dirty and she used her hands for most the make up application meaning her false nails were all over my face . It was gross and unprofessional
Our family has used Forever Young Markham Salon (Sima) for over 10 years and she is the best stylist in Markham. Always flexible with her time and always does an amazing job. We are very blessed to have Sima as our stylist!
Beautiful makeup she really gets to know you and leaves you dazzling, I’m sure she keeps every client happy, and I am so happy with how I look for Christmas and new years out of a runway show and I’m a model , love my makeup love her.

This was my second time visiting Sima for a hair colouring & cutting appointment, and this time I brought my mom who was also getting her hair done because of how well she did my hair the first time. We were both so pleased with our new hair colours & cuts and Sima was so kind & caring with every detail we requested of her. She really put a lot of effort into making sure we got what we wanted and we are very grateful to her for providing such wonderful services.
poor job, bad quality, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. you pay for what you get. "artist" used cheap product does not do a proper job. take our word for it. if you still thinking of using this as a option try it out and then go to a professional salon or someone with 1000's of clients and you will see the difference. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BRIDES/BRIDESMAIDS.
