This beauty bar was very unsanitary. I told the nail tech ladies at this business that their equipment was dirty. I watched one lady reuse the same equipment that she used on a previous lady and on me and the previous lady had nail fungus. Please reconsider coming here. Super unsanitary and the staff are rude and dismissive. I tried to negotiate with the owner there and they just dismissed me and waved two arms telling me to go saying I was causing a scene. This is super unprofessional and is not the correct way to run your business. If you want nail fungi and your nails cut off painfully come here! I’m sure they will give you a painful experience. There are other salons at the plaza I would take my money elsewhere instead of here
I strongly advise against visiting K.Ka Beauty Health Club. My experience here was absolutely terrible and resulted in severe negative consequences. Not only did they worsen my existing injuries, but I also left the facility with an infection. Prior to my visit, I had received treatment from a different massage therapist who immediately noticed that the injury was caused by the services at this establishment. To make matters worse, the spa is unsanitary, and their practices are far from professional. Their pricing is misleading, and they are not transparent about costs, which led to a sense of being taken advantage of. It seems they are running their business on dishonest tactics and deceit. When I complained about these issues, the owner suggested that my problems must have come from another store and accused me of trying to defame their name. I wish I could get my money back, but it’s clear that they have no interest in resolving the situation or taking accountability for the poor service they provide. Please do not take this review lightly—your health, safety, and hard-earned money are far too important to waste on a business that operates with such negligence and lack of care. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. I truly regret ever stepping foot into this so-called "health club" and would not recommend it to anyone.
I just visited this place and was over charged by their hidden fees. I brought 2 gift coupons and was expecting to be charge with nothing except for the tips and tax. Instead my bill came up to $50 without explaination and receipt. Please think deep before coming here shoppers, the staffs are liars?
