HORRIBLE customer service!!! Refuse to exchange because I didn’t “report damage” right away. I got the king size mattress last week wrapped in plastic -> I am petite so needed friends help to bring it upstairs, which takes me a week to get friends over, apparently I didn’t “report damage” “right away” so I am not eligible for exchange now. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!

This Sleep Country location is great. Very awesome customer service. I got pissed off at the location in Markville Mall as there was absolutely no service. I am not asking to be treated like a VIP. I just need some comparison, testing and buy whatever I need. The sale rep here definitely went above and beyond. I was amazed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and not like those rep with cocky attitude and absolutely ignore potential customers like those staff members from Markville Mall. At The end, customer let the store with a smile and the store got the sales.
