I had the pleasure of being helped by Don this past week. I’ve got to say, what a helpful and professional man. He definitely made my shopping experience the best ever and I was confident enough in my purchases that I had a great feeling leaving the store after my purchase! I highly recommend the silk and snow brand. Go to this location and ASK FOR DON!!!
Went to Markville mall to sleep country and was Greeted by Don, WOW the knowledge and professionalism is incredible, now I understand why he has been with the company for years, he is an asset. Explained the differences in the mattresses and took his time. Purchased a mattress that was delivered today and the delivery team was also exceptional. Don’t go anywhere else, go see Don.
People who work there need to be trained on their customers services skills. I walked out the store in less than 5 minutes. The guy there wasn't willing to help or explain anything. People working there are repelling people away from the store.
I came by this store to purchase a king size mattress and received an excellent service from Bill to coordinate a very timely delivery. He is a very professional salesperson who is very helpful.
Rifath was great and very welcoming. A professional who provided upsells and great alternatives in a very natural (not pushy) way. He’s a great representative for the brand and I left feeling really good about my purchase and the exchange overall!
Extremely terrible customer service unbearable !! We live close by but finally got the mattress at the sleep country store 15km away. Avoid this store at any cost
I would like to give a 0 star. Here is my funny story. I visited this store on July 9, 2023. There were two sales reps in the store. I checked, compared different models and decided to try two mattresses. After I tried to lie down on a Beautyrest mattress for 10 minutes, a sales rep(male) came to me, saying their mattresses are for customers to test, and they don’t welcome those who just take a rest/take a nap on the mattresses. Then I moved to the next Kingsdown mattress, again, that sales rep(male) came to me, saying they don’t welcome those who just take a rest on their mattress. That’s ridiculous! I have bought 5 mattresses in the past 3 years and I have been to lots of mattress/furniture stores, including but not limited to: Ashley, the Bay, Leon’s, the Brick, Tepperman’s, Mattressville, Queensway Mattress, La-Z-Boy, Herman Miller. However, there has never been anyone else who says I am just taking a rest on their matress/furniture. This guy, obviously, owes me an apology! He perfectly demonstrates what exactly “unprofessional” is. He needs massive training(at least 500 hours) before he is eligible for this role. I will never visit this funny store at 5000 Hwy 7 #1255, Markham, ON to experience that terrible service again. I would recommend everyone do NOT visit this store!
